Marta Caprez – Business
As the founder of Metamatics Partners, Marta leverages her expertise as a venture builder, business attorney (Geneva Bar Admission), and investor to provide strategic guidance to executives, entrepreneurs, and investors. Known for her sharp instincts and fearless approach, she specializes in organizational transformation, crisis management, and uncovering hidden dynamics to drive meaningful change.
Her entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding an impact investing initiative, shaping growth strategies for an InsurTech venture, and leading the FinTech vertical at Kickstart, Switzerland’s premier accelerator. Over the past decade, she has partnered with decision-makers to transform their organizations with bold, results-driven strategies.
Marta began her career managing high-stakes crises for Swiss financial institutions under U.S. investigations, honing her skills in negotiation, investigation, and navigating pressure-filled situations. Her journey reflects resilience and transformation: from an undocumented immigrant in her early 20s, working in entry-level roles without speaking a foreign language, she rose to become a qualified attorney at top Swiss law firms in under a decade.
Along the way, she discovered the transformative power of somatic intelligence and, through over a decade of personal growth work, helps clients integrate body and mind to foster resilience and metacognitive skills.
Outside of work, Marta finds inspiration in nature’s simplicity and balance, spending time outdoors with her family.

Wolfram Klingler – Business
Wolfram is a business angel, investor, and mentor working at the intersection of business and personal growth. He serves on the advisory board of a venture capital fund focused on neuroenhancement and brings decades of entrepreneurial expertise to his work with leaders and organizations.
Wolfram is the founder of XTP Group, a leader in generating non-investment-related alpha (“Operational Alpha”) for institutional investors across Europe and the US. By conducting forensic analyses of cost structures, operational processes, and external service providers, XTP minimized operational risks and resolved structural inefficiencies. Wolfram sold his stake in the company in 2020.
He has also been a partner at Neuronomics AG, a quantitative asset management company leveraging neuroscientific research to identify short-term market distortions caused by human biases. Wolfram transformed Neuronomics from a research project into a FINMA-licensed asset manager with an investable product before stepping down in 2022, though he remains a shareholder. Additionally, he co-founded and serves on the supervisory board of credX AG, a fintech platform revolutionizing the debt capital market by disintermediating traditional banking channels.
Since 2005, Wolfram has been deeply engaged in personal development, training with Zen masters such as Thich Nhat Hanh and Junpo and completing teacher training in Mondo Zen. His practice spans Jungian analysis, shadow work, bioenergetic therapy, bodywork, Yoga, breathwork modalities, and more.
Wolfram is also a father of three, including two adult children, and continues to integrate his business and personal growth experiences into his mentorship and advisory roles.

Alexandra Ragalie – Product & Science
Alexandra’s journey embodies the transformative power of resilience. After losing both parents as a teenager, she channeled her innate love for learning and the need for independence into academic excellence, earning a Master’s in Banking and Stock Exchange. Her 20 years career spans corporate finance roles across Austria and UAE, followed by a switch to the startup world leading finance operations in a Swiss fintech and four years in Venture Capital, where she built a new department supporting portfolio entrepreneurs.
Her deep fascination with human potential and psychology, particularly somatic approaches, began over a decade ago alongside her business career. This parallel journey of personal exploration, rooted in her past and fueled by her experience as a mother of two, led Alexandra to recognize the often overlooked connection between nervous system regulation, learning capacity, and life satisfaction. As a certified yoga teacher since 2018 and a curious student of eastern medical systems, she understood the need for integrating mind-body intelligence into daily life and professional contexts.
Currently completing an MsC in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health at King’s College London, Alexandra brings scientific rigor to understanding human development and organizational transformation. Her academic work is complemented by further training in trauma research, somatic attachment theory, and developmental psychology, creating a unique bridge between science and practical day to day applications.
At Metamatics Partners, she leverages her operational expertise, product-building experience, and deep knowledge of psychology and neuroscience to create frameworks for transformative growth.
When not geeking out on neuroscience and psychology, Alexandra recharges through reading, nature immersion, dance, and time with her family.

Simona Santamaria – Product & Technology
Simona Santamaria is an engineer, researcher, and entrepreneur specializing in robotics and artificial intelligence. With academic training from ETH Zurich, MIT, and the University of Tokyo, she has worked at the intersection of machine learning, automation, and embodied intelligence, applying technology to complex real-world challenges.
Her career spans academia, industry, and startup ventures. As a robotics engineer, she has contributed to cutting-edge research in AI-driven automation and predictive modeling.
